Paneer Gravy







INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer  - 200 GMs
  • Tomato - 2 Nos
  • Onion - 6 Nos
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
  • Jeera - 2 table spoon
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 table spoon
  • Coriander powder - 2 table spoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 table spoon
  • Sugar - 1 tea spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Kasurimethi
PREPARATION:


STEP 1
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Add 1 spoon of Jeera. 
  • Add rough cut onions. Toss it well. Add little salt for the onions to get cooked fast. 
  • Once onions are cooked well add rough cut tomatoes. Toss them. Once tomatoes are cooked and gets blended together with onions add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
  • Toss them until the raw flavours of red chilli and masalas are faded.
  • Switch off the stove and cool them.
  • Grind it to smooth paste. 
STEP 2
  • Cut the Paneer into cubes and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in pan again.
  • Add 1 spoon Jeera.
  • Now add the grinded paste in medium flame.
  • Add 1 glass of water
  • Add required salt. Let it mix for two minutes.
  • Add the paneer cubes and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Add 1 teaspoon sugar. Let it mix well.
  • Crush little Kasurimethi and add to the gravy. Switch off the stove.
Now tasty yummy Paneer Gravy is ready to be served.

Very good side dish for Chapathi,Phulka, Naan and even for veg fried rice.
